Foster the Need

At Foster the Need, we are zipping up joy for foster kids with a duffle packed with love and belongings. It is our vision to design a safe and engaging one-stop shop for foster and kinship families. Shopping at Foster the Need, we will create a memorable experience that will cater to each child’s personal unique style. This will encourage self-respect, and spark joy for our well-deserved kids. Children and teens will be able to browse from a wide variety of styles of appropriate clothing, seasonal items, shoes, and undergarments so that they feel confident, cared for and most importantly, loved.

Foster the Need outfits children entering foster and kinship care with a duffle bag of their very own filled with essential hygiene supplies, clothing, books, and other comfort items. We are also, building a foster closet to open by the new year.
