Meet basic needs for youth that are food insecure.
Kokomo Urban Outreach provides food after school and during the summer before youth go out to work or attend classes. Cooking and preparing meals for the youth provides basic needs for them so that they can succeed in their endeavors including learning work skills and life skills in the UP program.
