Birthright relies on the dedication, time and talents of volunteers. We welcome any and all individuals who share our philosophy and commitment to offer loving, confidential, nonjudgmental support to those who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant.
This opportunity requires 1 hour of preliminary training then 3-2 hour sessions with shadowing for a couple of months to ensure confidence in mentoring. You will have the opportunity to mentor ladies, perform pregnancy tests, make baby layettes, assess needs and refer to other organizations and provide needed support. Complete the Volunteer Application and submit it to Birthright.
